Returns & Refund Policy
At Sarah & Judy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returning eligible items and requesting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- Items may only be returned after they have been delivered to and received by the customer.
- All return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return shipping, international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- Items may be tried on but must not be worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine fit and appearance.
- Returns will not be accepted if multiple sizes or variations of the same product were intentionally ordered with the purpose of returning part of the order.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
2. How to Return an Item
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@sarahandjudy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner in China.
- The item must be shipped to the provided return address at the customer's expense, including all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Sarah & Judy cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or delayed in transit without valid proof of shipment.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Sarah & Judy is not responsible for orders once tracking information confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their order.
Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
