3. Shipping & Product Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, the majority of whom are located in China.
As orders are shipped internationally, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations.
Any applicable customs charges, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Sarah & Judy's responsibility for the shipment ends.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Sarah & Judy cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
